Provided services description:
Objective:
The Project implements the priority investment program for the modernization of the water and wastewater system of the Company, including next components:
1) Development of GIS and Hydraulic Models;
2) Introduction of SCADA System;
3) Construction of Central Laboratory, area of a 3-storey building ~ 1700 m2;
4) Supply of Maintenance and Repair Equipment, 18 units;
5) Supply of Specialized Machinery, 8 units;
6) Reconstruction of Jiydakapa Water Intake, 150,000 m3 / day design capacity, 49 water wells in total, as well as reconstruction of the 2nd elevation water pumping station and hypochlorite production facility;
7) Reconstruction of WPSs (11 water pumping stations with a capacity from 2.000 to 90.000 m3 / day.);
8) Supply and Installation of Control Valves in Water Mains and Water Supply Networks, about 240 pcs;
9) Supply and Installation of Commercial Bulk Water Meters and Process Water Flow Meters, approximately 1,000 pcs;
10) Reconstruction of Water Supply Networks in Namangan City, total 53.3 km;
11) Reconstruction and Extension of Kurashkhana WTP, design capacity 100.000 m3 / day;
12) Supply and Installation of Hypochlorite Plant at Kyzyl-Ravat Water Intake, design capacity 500 kg active Cl / day;
13) Reconstruction of Pap WWTP, design capacity 4.200 m3 / day.
The Priority Investment Program are estimated at USD 56,05 billion. The role of the Consultant is to assist PIU and SUE Namangan Suvoqava in the management in order to timely implement the Project.

o Procurement and Contracting Strategy;

o Support during the Procurement Process;
o Support during the Evaluation Process;
o Support during Contract Finalisation;
o Supervision of Supply of Goods and Related Services Contracts;
o Supervision of the Works Contracts;
› Assistance with Compliance of the Reporting Obligations under the Financing Documents;
› Environmental and Social Implementation Support.
